Shipping Information

We have created this shipping statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your shipping of orders.

Domestic Orders are Only Shipped via UPS:

All domestic orders ship via UPS ground unless chosen otherwise. Estimated transit time from Fashion Designz Uniforms, postal code 32714.

This map applies to UPS Ground and does not guarantee on-time delivery and is for information purposes only. All our products shipped within the USA are via UPS, using Ground or 2nd-day service. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 4 Business Days. Otherwise, we will send you an eMail if there is a Backorder.  UPS Ground packages are delivered Monday-Friday.

International Orders:

Fashion Designz Uniforms will only ship via the USPS carrier. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions customs agents may delay delivery of some packages. 

We have no responsibility for any delay once the package arrives to the other country. Any delay or problem for the package, customer has responsibility to contact their local post office.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping and handling charges are based on the particular products in your order. We calculate the cost on the basis of product weight and size, how products can be safely and efficiently combined in packing and the method by which they can be shipped. Our webstore will automatically calculate your shipping cost(s) based on the total weight of your order and the destination location.

For US Domestic Orders, we ship via UPS and you will have the option of selecting one of two methods:

• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Ground

For International Orders, we ship via USPS and you will have the option of selecting one of two methods:

• Express Mail International
• Priority Mail International

Delivery Estimates:

For Domestic Orders Standard Delivery Service is via UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air for all domestic orders including shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. International orders are shipped via USPS but we ask that if you have questions about the rate, you contact us directly before placing an order requiring international shipment.

To calculate the expected delivery date, please add the estimated shipping dates to the transit time as listed below:

• UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Days
• UPS Ground: 5-7 Days
